Running a restaurant during a pandemic is hard. From the moment I stepped inside to begin my photoshoot, I noted that they took their cleanliness and health standards VERY seriously. This restaurant was spotless! The employees were also kind and very helpful, assisting me with my every request (which I tried to limit, as they were VERY busy!)

This is not your typical chinese takeout. Every dish that was given to me to photograph was prepared with skill, care, and experience. I was continually impressed by the dishes, many of which that I had eaten all of my life. I certainly was cursing my self-imposed rule to not eat food on the job, because this food looked and smelled absolutely delicious.
